Long time ago when I was kid,I'm just like others kid,cute & atractive......ups sorry what I'm doing.......wrong story......
Ok let's start again........back at year 1992,I just graduate from my senior high school,my parent sent me to Taiwan(臺灣),to study language & finishing my university become a Bachelor.......
At that time I was 17 years old,all of my friend at Jakarta,I'd to go abroad by myself,the place,the country which is new for me......at that time I didn't understand chinesse language,but now I understand chinesse language but I'm no good at typing Chinesse......
Okey we back again.....at that time I only bring cloth,no other book.....why my parent sent me to Taiwan?...cause "We are Chinesse so we should learn Chinesse" they said and also (this is important) my brother & two sister study at Taiwan so they can keep watching me,not to be a BAD BOY ....
My big sister picked me up at Taiwan International Airport (中正機場) ,Thank's God,she already there when I arrived,otherwise I will become another Missing Kid ........ after I take out my lugage,I follow my sister to the bus station,we're taking the bus to their place,they rent a room at Taipei(台北) ,it's take about 1 hour from airport to Taipei Bus Station,cause the airport location is at Tao Yuan(桃園縣).....why we're taking bus and not taxi from airport??? It's to expensive for us,we cannot wasting that money just because I've lugage.....
We arrived at Taipei Bus Station(台北車站) --- Taipei Bus Station is near at Taipei Train Station(台北火車站) --- near at Shi Men Ting(西門町) --- the crowded place at Taipei,it's like Glodok(雅加達唐人街) --- almost 6 pm,cause my plane---I mean commersial plane not private plane---if you fly by China Airline(華航) or Evergreen Airline(長榮),i's only 4~5 hours,but if you flying by Singapore Airline it's more longer,cause you've to transit at Singapore Airport to change airplane,at Singapore Airport you 've to wait about 2~4 hours,it's depend their flight schedule---departure schedule at 11 am and arrived schedule at 5 pm(Jakarta time is different with Taiwan,the differ is 1 hour,so if Jakarta time is 4 pm - Taiwan time is 5 pm) ---almost 4 hours flying--- after that we took a taxi to their place.......(you will ask)why this time we're taking taxi and not taking bus?? It's different place and different situation,I mean if your going to other town you can took bus,cause the bus not so crowd......but if your in Taipei City, you can't took bus with those lugage,it's too crowd,no place to put your lugage.... so we took taxi to their place,at Ching Mei (景美 if I'm not wrong) not so far from my big sister university,she is studying Chemistry at Taiwan University(台灣大學 or it's called 台大) at Kung Kuan(公館), it's took about 30 minute from Taipei bus station.........
I almost forget to tell that my big sister didn't stay at Ching Mei,she is staying at university dormitory for girl,and my brother also stay at dormitory too but different university,he is studying IT program at Ming Chuan University(銘傳大學) at Shi Lin(士林) just across Shi Lin Night Market(士林夜市) ,so only my second sister who live at Ching Mei,she is studying Trading at Tung Wu University(東吳大學) near Shi Men Ting......
After we arrived at Ching Mei she take me to Kung Kuan to have our dinner,just both of us,cause my other sister & brother hasn't arrived yet.....and our dinner is steak,after we both have our dinner,she take me to look around Kung Kuan,that place at day time already crowded but at the night become more crowded,cause Kung Kuan also called Kung Kuan Night Market(公館夜市),we are walking around for almost 2 hours,I almost forgot the time,I didn't feel tired or boring at all,cause for me it's so excited,so amuse,so wonderful seeing new place except for my homeland......but my sister already tired,so we went back to Ching Mei........when we arrived,my other sister already arrived,she ask me to take bath,after I take my bath,we are talking alot,talking about our family in Jakarta,talking their life in Taiwan......the time is clocking 12 times,so they ask to sleep,cause tomorrow my brother will pick me up toTao Yuan,to begin my new life at there,but not as you thinking begin studying university,wrong thinking......For Indonesian student which is going study at Taiwan,they must attend a prepatory class for about 1 month,after that we took exam to decided which university can accept us,that prepatory calss called Indonesian Prepatory class(印輔班),the place called Overseas Prepatory School(僑生大學先修班 or 僑大),it's located at Ling Kow(台北縣林口鄉)..............end story,.....
